No, not really but I'd have a stab at his first name being Asif!

I can't see how you can make that from a UK plate as they are a maximum of 7 characters. The closest I can think of would be:

HU60BOS
HUG805S
H116BOS
H116OBO
H460BOS (with the 4 shaped more like an upside-down, flipped, lower-case h)

The first one seems most likely but an additional S would be required somehow.

As we all tend to read the first and last letter of a word and then interpolate the word we think we will get I would suggest it was one of the close matches.

I have a plate which is A1FVE. Ive had many people think it says 'ALFIE'
