Yes it was our friend Bruce Millar . Just reminding other members . I know i met Bruce on here .But not sure the date of loosing such a good friend .

We have lost too many good friends in too short a time

Yes I had the good fortune to meet Bruce twice what a great guy,he even took the trouble to explain the front suspension to me on that green estate with which he won that trophy at BOTG,his contribution to so many threads was outstanding.

zipdip I knew Bruce had fixed his bonnet insulation pad on his W124 . And because i needed to do the same to mine Bruce so kindly semt to me the remainder of glue he had left over . Must have been 1/2 tin full,, enough for me to replace my bonnet pad with glue to spare .
