Well I have seen worse,the thing with a project is are all the bits there,it would seem so,not sure about the dash,if you have the garage space then as long as it does not cost too much to buy and get home,then it maybe worth it,then the real spending starts.
If I were ten or twenty years younger I would definitely be tempted. Biggest problem is the rot you can see is generally only about a third of the full extent . " floor looks okay to me" hmmm.

We‘be been staying next door to this in Birmingham (for work) and it’s in pretty good nick based on just a quick look, obviously it needs a lot of work done. We nearly bought a Nissan 300 ZX off him, he’s a good guy. He’s patently had plenty of interest.
