Anyone use a Popcorn Hour or WD HDMI box?

Currently looking at these two options

Popcorn is better but twice the price and without adding a H/D so quite a lot more really.

WD box is cheapish and I can use an external H/D


Have to say the user interface of the Popcorn the way you can have titles with pictures and reviews does look neat.


Anyone here use one?

I'd go for the popcorn as the ability to stream from a network sounds more flexible.

Personally I have a ps3 and use tversity or ps3 media server but ive been told there's nothing like popcorn hour

A friend of mine's just bought the Popcorn and is very pleased with it. Was listening to it Saturday night and it sounded great (audio streamed from another room over 1Gbit LAN). He's a real audio buff and I know he did some major research before purchasing. So if I were buying one, I would do so with confidence...:bannana:
