Yes I have used it.

I found the data wasn't very accurate.

Use HPI, or if you know your local dealer well, ask them to do it (its free for them).

I used the RAC to purchase my C class and would NOT recomend them.

Yeah its hit and miss, it reported my car had 3 previous owners when infact its had 7!

What kind of liability cover do they provide?

I know that HPI have £10k cover if the 'facts' are incorrect afterwards. Or they used to anyway.
