Apple car play problem

Hey All,

Does anyone have any experience of Apple car play problems and how to resolve them. Car been back to mercedes twice, it has worked intermittently, but only for a very short time and they have tried and completed all their software updates without success!

Currently it will try to connect then simply won’t, any suggestions or similar experiences might help.

Yes have tried several, the original from the phone, plus a Mercedes cable and a few others all without success.

Is your phone at the latest IOS level?

Yep, all phone upgrades complete and at 12 something? Thinking there must be some simply thing that others have experienced and resolved, fingers crossed?
