The tablet PC is an HP Compaq TC1000.
It's got a 1Ghz processor and 768mb RAM, and a 30gig hard drive. It's also got 802.11b wireless built in, and a 56k built-in modem. Oh and a 10/100 network port also.
Um... USB2, Compact flash ports (handy if you want to plug in a GPS module), and the screen is 10.4" (and can be use portrait or landscape). I've also outputted the screen to my TV (to stream wireless movies over my network, if that floats your boat). It's got a foldaway keyboard, the handwriting recognition is great, but it's still quicker to type (at least I find).

The unit comes complete with box, manuals, disks (including Windows XP OS), leather carry case (designed to fit the TC1000, so nice and slimline) a charger, and an external CD ROM drive.
