Now I know one can put windows on a Mac using intel processor etc

BUT

Can one put a Mac OS on a windows based machine? Or is this a one way process only...
 
You can do but it's not without it's pitfalls of compatibility.
 
Simple answer, yes...

There are two ways, a hacked OsX operating system (illegal) or the spoofing Apple firmware so the unmodified OsX thinks your hardware is Apple (grey area legally).

There are a few suppliers which are "about to release" a motherboard that OsX will run on natively, but I haven't seen them yet.

...and such a move will provoke the legal team at Apple - because it is illegal to install OSX on anything but Apple hardware (as Psystar are currently discovering to their cost).

Apple are very, very protective of their intellectual property.
