i have an e350 cdi and the inner tie rods have some play in them and need replacing i went to euro car parts and was going to get lemforder but they don't seem to stock them atm so all they have are these Ocap Axial Rod / Tie Rod are they OK to use

thanks

I wouldn't touch Ocap (or Qdrive) with a bargepole personally. Cheapnese tat. Might not be the right part as i don't what year of e350 cdi we're talking about but if you google lemforder 34605 01 you'll get several results* that'll all probably be cheaper than eurocraparts even if you have a "discount" code or they have a "sale" on. The MB price for the same tie rod (again dunno if it's the right one) is here TIE ROD - E Class Mercedes-Benz Parts, Inchcape

* SKS autoparts, Bestpartstore.co.uk (German company with UK presence/contact number), Midland Car Spares aka Autopartstechnik for example

I think the Inchcape price is pretty fair for an inner-tie rod.
There's quite a bit of engineering in these parts.
Is it worth shopping round to save ten quid on what may be an inferior part ?

nice 1 for this got lemforder elsewhere for a lot cheaper

no 1 seems to have any in stock apart from MB who can get them in for Friday at £80 is it worth getting them ???

MB original it is, For the sake of saving £20 it isn't worth the agg
