Are these good quality products?

I happened to be passing by this AMG steering wheel,it attracted me alot,

but it seems it is not original AMG product,anyway..Are products coming from Taiwan in good quality? per in mind that I live in the Arabian Gulf and weather here damages everything even the Original spare parts!

Personally something like a steering wheel I wouldnt trust unless its OEM.

Would you buy brake disks, calipers and or pads from ebay Taiwan?

of course not,but they are approaching OEM quality,I saw the crystal headlights they made for the W124,they were perfect!!!
