ASR- 1995 sl320 R129

Morning all,

Currently in Provence concluding a 3 month holiday during which I have purchased a 1995 R129 SL320 with 55k miles...unseen and to be collected next week!
I can't find an answer to the following question - will this model come with ASR ?
Thanks to all and I will post pictures etc once I have it in my possession...

It may not have ASR, I have a 95 my 320 SL, it has ETS.

Early ASR systems could be troublesome, aided and abetted by poor wiring on the throttle body/engine harness.

ASR was the precursor to ESP.

I collect the car today thus shall soon find out! I guess the check light will reveal which system the car is equipped with?
