Associated tasks

My local dealership does a good service, free valet, & if given notice will provide a car, all great.
My only grumble is they charge for associated tasks, if they change your brakes they charge for taking the wheels off, you can not change brakes, disks, pads, etc with out removing the wheels, so why not just charge one price for the job ?.

Maybe their invoice breakdown is a little too specific?!
