ATF fluid check

I have a iCarsoft MBII.
Is it possible to check the ATF fluid level on this?

I'm pretty sure there is no ATF level sensor so the answer is no.

oh , Thats surprising!
So if there was a leak and the ATF runs out how would the car know?
Wouldnt it fry the gear box.

HOW TO: change the automatic gerbox oil and flush on a 722.6 'box

Other sensors in the box talking to the transmission ECU would normally communicate with the Engine ECU if they sensed the gearbox was under stress and the engine warning light would come on and the car probably go into limp home mode

For that matter, while iCarsoft is being mentioned, in an w212 E Class 200 CDI, can it measure how much Engine Oil is in the sump??? I know that it (iCarsoft) can give the oil temp in the auto transmission.Just curious to see what it can do.
