 Heres something to keep your eye on over the next couple of months. A couple of guys from our local have started the 2007 Atlantic rowing race. A La Cracknell and Fogle. La Gomera in the Canaries to Antigua - in a wooden boat that they built themselves!!! - part of the rules - check out the site and progress here.

Send them some Mercedes LOVE on the message facility. All the teams solo's, pairs, fours and a six are approx 100 or so miles into the 3000 miles trip. Think of them when you are eating your Xmas pud.

There are two Cornish teams in the race our guys are Steve Gardner and Paul Harris - the boat is the 'The Reason Why'.

Check it out from time to time - prepare to be amazed - it's better than soap. Race started 2nd December - updates on the progress chart 4 times a day - one retirement so far - no reports of cannabilism to date.
