Audio 10 Cassette to Audio 10 CD

Hi i have a 2003 CLk with Audio 10 Cassette with CD changer. Ive picked up a Audio 10 CD from a car boot wondering is it a straight swop and will it still work the CD changer. Also i have no radio codes for either unit how do i sort those out.

There's a good "how to" somewhere on here for changing an Audio 10 casette for Audio 10 CD, I posted a link to it a few years ago. It should be a straight swop and work the CD changer in the glove box if you've already got that.

Dont think the old unit will have a code - ours didnt, late 2003 CLK. The new head unit who knows but assuming its similar vintage you should be fine.
