Audio 10 not working

I was just out driving my E320 when a good song came on the radio, i turned the volume right up and after about 5 seconds the radio died, looks like its blown a fuse........is this common?,where is the fuse? or could it be somehing else. all was working fine til i turned it up!. its the merc audio 10 multichanger jobby......any thoughts?

Just had another look and i've noticed that the multichanger in the boot is dead as well. i have been trying to locate the main radio fuse but am having no luck.....anyone now where it is???????.
