Audio 20 and MP3's

I know you can get an IPOD install kit for a w203, but is it possible to get a multichanger that fits to the audio 20 that plays mp3's?

Anybody got any info on this ?
According to Mercedes WIS, on my post June 2004 CLK the CD Changer /Audio 20 should be compatible with mp3 audio cds. The information I can't find is the file limitations, file name length etc to get this to work.
