Audio 20 to NTG 4.5 retrofit ?

Hi all,
Need you help.
My car is Mercedes E-250 W212 2011 year. There is a simple audio system on my car, Audio 20 CD radio, not command. I bought a NTG 4.5 command online from Ebay. But the master could not install this item to my car, i mean he installed it but could not make it work. No any signal to monitor, no any sound. What do your recomend to do?

Comand Online can only be retrofitted to certain 2011 e class cars. Email me your VIN and i'll tell you. The unit will need lots of coding, activation and a map code aswell.

Your car has NTG4 system and is MY2011. You can go to NTG4.5 COMAND but it is far from trivial. There is a load of wiring changes, you need to add the vent fans or it will cook itself and USB input if you want that, and you need Star Diagnosis ONLINE to be able to make it work alongside the purchase of a map licence as Alfie says

I have the same issue, i have a E 350 Coupe 2010, it is with Audio 20 CD radio, i bought the NTG 4.5 but it is not turn on the system, is this fited to my car or not?
