Audio Upgrade

Hi all,

I am completely confused. I have searched on this site and on command online to see if I can upgrade my in car audio and sat nav system.

My car is a 2003 55 AMG CLK.

I have a command double din headunit.

I would like to add an aux audio input and the most recent maps for the sat nav.

I have also seen some bluetooth options for phone which would be even better especially if I could use it to listen to music from my phone but thats all just as confusing.

There just seem to be loads of random products which say if you have XYZ you can use this but if you have ABC you should use this....

I don't really understand what I have so don't want to buy the wrong thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is likely that your car is equipped with COMAND APS DX. Does it look like this one?:

Hi yes thats exactly what I have, there is a nokia phone in the centre console too. 6 disk changer in the glove box. The TV button does not work (assume TV was not installed as an optional extra).

At any rate, comandonline.co.uk can advise the correct map disc for your car. They can also advise re phone / TV tuner / Aux kit and other options.
