Auto android e class wd213 2018

Hello I bought recently e class wd213 2018 year business version and I have no auto android version.
I have spoke with dealer they said there is no option to install it. It have a bigger screen. I have done some research and find out that they made two types of radio one with auto android and one without.
Is it possible to simply buy a radio version with auto android and change it over ? Or how can I get it on my MB.
It's just ridiculous you buying car for 20k+ and you can't connect your phone.
