My wing mirrors on 2008 c180k are not auto folding. I do not have the convenience option available. I recently had my wing mirror smashed and sourced another one to replace. I assume it is from an auto folding model. I replaced it today but it will not lock in the correct position. It locks when it’s folded in manually but not at the normal position.
I assume a w204 model with the folding mirrors could reset this but I’m wondering is there any way I could do it (if indeed I am correct in this being the problem).
