My windscreen decided to have a split personality on the way to work, so I dutifully phoned Autoglass 24hr hotline to be told they will get the glass in 24 hrs and fit Sat pm. OK so far. Just got a call from local depot to be told my glass is main dealer only so will not be avail until early to midweek, not a problem. My main question is this ......... what has changed as last time they fitted a screen that was supplied by the 3rd party supplier which was different to the original spec, and now they are ordering a genuine one.
