Just had a new screen fitted on the Jag and her Micra had a repair done at the same time.

Can't fault the service, absolutely first class.

The guy even managed somehow to get the full screen heating working which it didn't before.

The whole thing took just over an hour and a half in between snow flurries.
Makes a change to praise service from anyone these days so thought I would post my total satisfaction.

Consider yourself lucky, I have seen not so good work from autoglass unfortunately. Have a good look from inside the car around the pillars and roof lining, on my friends car they cut the roof lining and there was excess glue all over the trims.

They did apologise and paid for everything to be put right, so yes the customer service side is fine.
