Just reading on mb world says it can hide/remove swirls and scratches is it any good anyone used before, best place to get it

It will not remove them but will mask them for a while its ok as a polish and you can get it from Halfrauds.
If you have a dark colour car use it sparingly around door handles and rubbers as the white residue can be a PITA to get out/off.
Any of the colour magic line will do the same thing but if you use this wear gloves as the dye in the polish is a pig to get off your hands.

Tony.

Ag srp is really good and easy to use, as said above does a good job of masking swirls. Would recomend their rubber dressing for door sils window surrounds and going around door handles when you have finished.

Excellent product - I use this for a regular general detail with EGP (Extra Gloss Protection).

Colour Magic is rubbish, it doesn't fill very well and the only USP it has is it can slightly stain white base coat when a chip/scratch goes right through but tends to look worse than just the white.

SRP is a perfectly OK glaze but like all the others does need a sealant over the top or it will disappear in no time so you might as well buy its brother as Ierton suggests above.

Got a black merc got swirl marks and want to get rid of them what is the best (and cheapest ) option
Thanks in advance

Without going down the machine polishing route, Poorboys black hole glaze followed by a good wax, Collinite 915 or P222 are my favourites.

Where can I get it from and by hand or machine polisher have both
Thanks

srp is a very good polish, add autogyms extra gloss protection after and it seals the finish in for a little bit longer.

Or Farecla G3. If youre going to use it with a rotary add a bit of water and dont let it dry out. Go carefully if its your first time until you get used to it.
Using by hand is no problem. Quite easy to get out a a lot of swirls and removes a lot of crap from the paint as well.

G3 is a compound as opposed to a polish with fillers so you'd need to apply a sealant or wax after.

Auto Glym SRP is a cracking product but it does make a mess of plastics if you're not careful. If you are new to polishing, detailing etc, then I recommend using some detailing tape to cover the plastics.

Sounds really daft, but it does the trick and saves hours of extra cleaning white residue off your plastics. If you do make a bit of a mess, then spray some window cleaner on a micro fibre cloth and wipe over the effected area. Or if all else fails, peanut butter!! I've never done it, but I'm assured it works.

SRP is a great swirl filler. Give it a couple of coats: first one really firm buffing, the second very light just to remove the debris. Once you're de-swirled, though, you must apply a wax or sealant as SRP isn't very durable on its own. I use Collinite 476s which is extremely durable.

SRP and alternatives tested here:
