Automatic Window Closure

The drivers window on my 2006 X164 GL has stopped auto closing. Auto down ok, manual up only. Other windows are fine on the master and local switches. Is this an issue with the master switch or is it more involved?

Have you tried re-learning the window position?

Run the window down and up 3 times with the switch and when up hold the switch in the up setting for 5 seconds. It may then remember the position.

I had tried this before without success. Realised I had only gone up and down twice! What a dunkoff.

Thanks DSM, auto up full restored once the full three times up and down routine was complied with.

Got to love Mercedes engineers.
