Hi folks,

A general question really on how 'firm' these should ride.

Driving around you can feel most bumps to the point where it feels fidgety although cornering is superb with virtually no body roll.

I have checked the shocks doing a bounce test which was fine along with a visual for leaks nothing there.

I'll pop the front wheels off next week to check for spring breaks as she does sit low at the front but I have seen other forum members comment of theirs being similar (mud flaps grounding)

It would be nice to get a softer ride if possible but no great shakes if this is how its meant to be.

If its on std wheel it should be fine if its on 18s its terrible:D.

Yup, standard wheels running P600 -

Its pretty low mileage (89k) but 10 years old so maybe the springs are just 'tired'

The other thought was that sports shocks have been fitted at some point, I'll pop one of the wheels off and have a look.

I would hope so, that's what Avantgarde spec is..;)
