Avantgarde to Elegance Suspension?

Is it possible and if so how and ££'s? to go from the slightly sporty and hard Avantgarde standard suspension to the more cosseting suspension found on the Elegance model?

I drove an old Jag XJ the other day and was very impressed with the soft and floaty way it slipped down the road soaking up the road bumps.

Shocks and springs x4 are needed.

It also depends on the wheels too to what sort of ride you are going to get.

Cheers, I have 17" Ankaa style alloys at present, presume I could stick with these as they are not too extreme 245/45/17

Any idea on rough cost for shocks and springs?

They 'aint cheap.

Is yours a saloon?

Yes 03 plate if that makes any difference.

That means you probably don't have airmatic.

I am not to sure on the exact cost. I can find out if you email me a chassis number from an elegance 211 saloon.
