B-Class w245 Turbo - Electronic vs. vacuum

MB W245 B-class 180 CDI and MB A168 A-class 160 CDI
I have a b-class 2010 18 CDI w245, the turbo is dead, i got a new one, but it was not the complete right one. One the the old turbo, the wastegate was regulated with a small electric the one i replaced it with it was with vacuum. I just put constant vacuum from the brake, and it runs.

Do i need to replace it again, or can i fix this wastegate retulator with a vacuum part?
 
See attached photo, the wastegate regulator is not in use. Constant vacuum from the brake. Does anyone have a better solution, other than replace again? Can i use a Pressure Transducer?Does it fit?
