B-Service - BIG question

How much should I pay for a B Service for a 2001 Eclass at an official MB workshop in london ? - are there cheaper rates for older cars ?

Most are open to a deal on older cars and many offer a fixed price. Our local dealer offers 15% off parts/labour plus free MOT on cars over 4 yrs old. Also consider a good independent specialist. At that age a main dealer history is not vital.

Why do you want to take it to a dealer?

You dont get a lot on a B service with a dealer... Things like AIr Filter, Fuel Filter, Pollen Filter are extras you have to pay on top of the price!

The B service is not a fixed service per se What is changed is dependant on model, engine, age and mileage.

You would get a 40% labour discount plus 10% off parts at M-B Guildford (not a million miles away) as the car is over 6 years old:

Then look at 'Platinum Programme' on the right.

Other dealerships may well give discounts if you ask/haggle.
