I have a 2011 B180 W245 with the orange engine warning light coming on. I went to my local garage and had it read and reset it was a P2101 which according to engine-codes is
Faulty Electric Throttle Control (ETC) Actuator
- Electric Throttle Control (ETC) Actuator harness is open or shorted
- Electric Throttle Control (ETC) Actuator circuit poor electrical connection
I had no other symptoms and the code was reset. My light has come back on again about 1 week later and I shall have it checked and reset again.
Can anyone tell me if I should ignore the above till I get more symptoms or if you think I should have it tested?
