Returned yesterday from a brilliant trip to Berlin (some photos to follow, soon) where I saw a billion 212 taxis and all sorts of nice machines cruising around!
We stayed at the Park Inn in Alexanderstasse which is a very cool Hotel with great views and a good central location.
But, best of all, I visited the Mercedes dealer in Unter-den-Linden and came away with a brand new SLS!
Like this one...(mine is grey...)
Well, OK, a 1/43rd model, but a very. very detailed one! It came in a lovely white box and black logo'd bag!
Also, they had a new CLS in the showroom which in the metal looks a lot nicer than in photos... The whole MB experience was topped off with a fabulous "business lunch" in Daimlers, their in showrrom restuarant.
More about this trip later when I've downloaded photos and stuff.
