'21 C300 Coupe, '20 SLC Final Edition, Peugeot 208 (hers!) and a new Ford Kuga in Russia
and not many interesting cars to report this time EXCEPT the sighting of a new model CLS, in white with some serious chrome wheels.

The usual crop of X5s, MLs, Infiniti FXs, Lexus and Audi Q7, and 5s and S classes everywhere!

Sadly, the weather changed dramatically on sunday from fairly warm to snow! Caught a lot of people out who had already changed to summer tyres and had some exciting spins!

Interesting drive to Moscow to buy a new car for my father-in-law. A very unusual car market there - used cars actually go up in value! Something to do with supply and demand and the fact that import duty on foreign cars is obscene! Still, we bought him a lovely USA market '09 Toyota Matrix which will give him a lot of pleasure in the coming few years. :)

Full marks to BMI this time for an excellent flight back. Their new look planes are very good inside now, with leather seating and a tad more space. Service was excellent also! Seems the Lufthansa ownership is kicking in nicely now! :)

I love to hear tales of international travel/experience and feedback on airlines too.

Welcome back and thanks for posting.

what happened in Moscow today? the traffic was completely grid locked and we had to navigate the metro and train to Domodedovo.
That was fun :)

That's why we usually go by train from Vladimir, 3 hours of leisurely travel, then go by metro to the station where we get the aero express direct to Domodedovo. Couple of times we've gone by car it's been hell!

If we'd left a day later we'd have met at the airport! :D
