A250 Bennyboy

Hi I have a turbo car and would like a bit more grunting sound from the exoust, the A250 pipes looks like they have three baffles, if I was to remove the baffle from the box before the exoust splits into the two exit pipes, would I loose any power.
Asperated engines need a bit of back presure and turbo need a less resticted flow? Think that's the right way round?
Only seen a video of someone who had done this and it sounded just right, not to in your face or annoying on the motorways, so would like try this myself if its not to much hassle, also it would save me a few quid on buying an after market scorpion cat back.

Surposed if I was to make an ash of it I can always go to plan B and buy scorpion C/B
