Just foe everyones info i broke three high quality ball joint splitters on Dolphin boys 211.

They were very very very very tight.

The look on your face was epic

Going to have a chat with engineering friend about a stronger pin for that black splitter.

I did mine by stripping the whole thing off and working on it in the open with lots of space. I hammered it out, with a lot of effort, and put the new one in with the help of a vice. No special tools! The old fashion way. My fingers in a mess but fully satisfied of the job I done.
Saved some dosh as well which allowed me to have a pint or two of best bitter.
