Been looking for an early 107 project for some time now but this one seems distinctly dodgy What questions should I be asking? Dosnt give much away in the description does he ? I wonder how he managed to lose the paperwork and also wonder why hes listed it as a 72 when it clearly is a 73 therefore presumably not an historic vehicle your thoughts?

Looks in a very bad way, if the price is right then it maybe worth it, although I dont hold my breath...

Like most classic cars you're probably better of paying more for a decent one unless you want a project. It's not that rare so there should be plenty of choice. The mechanical bits may also not be in good shape after 180,000 miles. It's the sort of car that would often be used as a summer car so there are plenty of low mileage nice ones around.

Wouldnt touch it for any money.

No paperwork, non runner, no MOT. What has it got going for it!!

Description says manual, but in the pictures it has a auto shifter.

It would very much be a labour of love which will costs an absolute fortune in man\person hours. If you can do all the work, then it might be a challenging project, but if you lack all the skills necessary for a complete restoration, then walk way. No don't even go there ;) ;)

It would certainly make an excellent learning curve type project though.

Good luck with the decision
John
