I wouldn't touch any Ford of that era personally - rather just look up a picture to remind me but my 1990 G reg XR3i of the day was agricultural when compared to the successor E36 325 Coupe I bought.

It's horses for courses. For my 200 grand I'd want a different horse, each to their own but I can understand the appeal as I lusted after a Sierra Cosworth in the 80's. Good luck to the seller and buyer.

It would certainly be worth that if it had a modicum of successfull competition history to its name, but otherwise £200k does seem a trifle steep.
