this seems way too cheap. e320 coupe with leather,what look like genuine mb alloys and brand new genuine wings for £500???

It says its been on since the 20th April, i've been browsing for the last few months looking to get another 124 and hadnt seen it, maybe he's dropped the price right down or something, certainly a bargain!

ETA: Maybe he didnt mean to list it as a classfied, maybe as an auction with a starting of £500

I've tried to contact him but he doesnt respond. Also if you look he updated the advert on 7th April so it's been on there a while. Maybe he doesn't know how to remove it from eBay.

Surely if he goes to the bother of replacing all the wings etc and respraying the car he would have included the bonnet, roof and boot in the respray!!!

He says he's spent close to 3k on the bodywork..... Genuine MB wings are close to 500 quid so that leaves 2.5k on the respray, yet he says its not had a full respray but 'almost'..... For 2.5k I would expect a quality full respray.

I suppose receipts for the wings & bodywork would confirm the 3k expenditure on just the bodywork.

Me too! The ad looks feasible enough, albeit too good to be true. I wouldn't have bothered, but it's local to me. One point though, is that you cannot contact the selller without revealing personal details and a contact no, so is this a phishing scam of some kind do you think?

Yeah it did pass through my mind, seems a bit strange, but theyre are the few oddballs on the web.

I'm in no rush for one, but £500 for a 320 is a no brainer!
