Morning-I just bought a second hand BarOmix minor electric cement mixer and have searched high and low online for an instruction manual and cannot find one. Any ideas oh wise ones?

I would have thought pressing the green button to start, and the red button to stop would cover most of the instructions

So that's what those buttons are for!! Reason I need the manual is to find out the correct way of checking the oil:

The gearbox needs EP90 gear oil and it has a lower and upper plug, like a diff on a car, but it also has an arrow indicating where the oil level should be which is above the lower plug and has no inspection glass ?? Any ideas how to check the oil level?

Use a appropriately bent strand of 1.5/2.5 solid core "twin and earth" electrical cable. Insert thro the filler hole in an arcing movement. you will find the oil will stick long enough to the insulation to get a fair idea where the oil level is when you withdraw it.

Sorry, I had exactly the same facetious thoughts - but didn't have the nerve to post. :D

I don't remember my electric Belle MiniMix being so sophisticated.
