I've got an intermittent fault on my w210, the BAS ASR lights come on intermittently when I go above 65mph, I've read up about it but most others were not intermittent, they remained on all the time. The lights go out if I turn the car off and on again. Is it likely to be a brake on off switch? That seems to be what the others were.

Brake light switch is a well known culprit for causing this issue. After that you could be looking at the BAS control module or the BAS brake master cylinder sensor.

Worn tyres or low pressure?

If it's speed-related it could be an incorrect wheel/tyre size issue.
