BAsic Question Which ones the Ignition Feed

Hi All,

I am installing a parrot ck3100 into my W208 post facelift with Audio10.

I have plugged the supplied cabling in and the stereo works OK, no power to the Parrot, I suppose as the power is supplied via the canbus to the Audio 10.

So I need to tap a 12v ignition feed somewhere, I initially thought of the courtesy light off the glove box, and have taken a photo of it below. I will actually use the cigar lighter as its closer but the wiring is the same.

There are 2 wires going in Brown and Green/Pink. So I dont blow any fuses can somebody tell me which one is the ignition feed?

Not sure on this one but I recently installed an iPod interface with power and tapped into the cigarete lighter socket. On there it's a two pink/white wires for igition 12V and brown for ground.

This head unit should have power always on, CAN bus cannot provide power, it would not even power up the unit but the wake up line instead.

If your Parrot needs both switched and constant power, get the fixed from the radio and the switched from cigarette lighter as suggested above.
