Looking to move once my chain is complete (have sorted upward (or downward seeing as I am downsizing), now trying to tie up the offer on my place to sell).

The place, all being well, that I will move to has the following bathroom things I want to sort:

1x Ensuite in smallest bedroom. This will become my study and therefore I want to remove the bathroom and fit a fitted closet/ small walk-in wardrobe. Room maybe 3 ft deep by 6 ft wide.

1x bathroom 1 downstairs - needs retiling and painting, maybe a new suite though probably just the bath. Average size family bathroom.

1x ensuite downstairs guest room - again a smallish shower ensuite - maybe 7 ft by 4 ft deep.

Anyone got any rough rules of thumb for me in terms of fitout costs to budget with? I would be going for lower end of 'high spec' materials. Nothing fancy like tv's in walls etc. Just normal bathrooms really with nice natural stone...

(edit) oh and cost of a custom build wardrobe in that sort of space....

Thanks
