I must register the word Scumbag with appropriate authorites and then sue everyone who uses the word, unless they get approval or pay retrospective royalties after such utterances.

if anybody has a simialar idea, or just wants to do the same we could do a joint action reducing the cost for us.

I wonder how many times Mercedes has been sued under these rules?

Come to that, surely anybody who calls their dog, Rover, should be making a fortune.

I wonder if the makers of the film, will sue nature for deciding to name antartic birds after one of the characters!!!
