Battery charging

Given general lack of use I will be attaching the ctek charger to both my w219 and the wifes r230 (separately of course). As they both have a main and aux battery does charging the main also charge the aux or do you have to do them both individually (pain)
I think AMgeed has a ctek attached so probably knows? thanks

Just charge the main battery, the aux, will sort itself out when you next run the car.

Interesting to note in the R230 the main systems battery in the boot supplies power to the starter solenoid but the starter battery in the engine compartment supplies the power to the starter armature.
Whereas in the W219 the systems battery in the boot supplies all the power to start the car. The Aux battery in the engine compartment only supports the systems battery should it's charge drop too low.
