Hi I tried updating my satnav software today and I connected a charger (my dad's which was probably not working right) and my battery went partially flat. I could not start the car or even jump it off. On attempting turn over recent clock tried to reset itself and the seat belt presenters stuck in the out position. I have now recharged the battery to full charge but the seat belt positioners are still stuck out, windscreen wipers in the middle of the screen and bonnet open light on! Is there a master reset for the electrical items in the car to restore to default for instance?

Any help appreciated

You don't mention which model and year but I'd start by disconnecting the main battery for 10 minutes , then reconnecting it.
You may have to reset the one touch windows/sunroof buttons afterwards.

Sorry yeah it's a 2010 e class and it's taken about 3 restarts but seems okay I think...
