Just picked up my used CLS, becker TMC not working, trying to fathom my way through the content manager yikes needed to be a wizzard to work it out, hideous site that is sooo complicated, non existant after sales service at becker get put through to answer phone immediately dont bother they dont phone back, went to the main dealer and they confirmed my sat nav was no good, and they have the same issues trying to get resolution, so much so MB have dropped becker so I was informed, they also advised a load had been stolen and sold on the various websites and they couldnt identify them as there was no serial numbers can you believe so becker have blocked them when some poor unfortunate soul tries to connect !
