Does anyone know which is the latest nav disc for the Becker Traffic Pro High Speed unit?

The display shows TMC activated but doesn't give me the option of Dynamic route guidance, and the Postcode function only allows input of the first half of the postcode, which I think suggests the software is quite old but I could be wrong.

Anyone have any knowledge of these units?

i have ver 3.0 DTM 2.0 this has full post code entry

regards gary

TMC doesnt work yet with the Becker even though you can set every option that suggests it will. I'll check which software I have when I get home. a firm called SEMPAL in worcester are the Uk distributers of Becker units & the latest sofware - they are mainly trade but do mail order retail . http://www.sempal.co.uk/ becker traffic pro link http://www.becker-trafficpro.co.uk/ best to give them a call - they are very helpful & efficient.

TMC works with my Pioneer AVIC-X1, wonder why the Becker wont??

Thanks for all the info and links - just checked the price of the vs.3.0 disk and its £198 (ouch), which is dam steep when you consider I only paid £220 for the Becker on Ebay.

Guess I'll have to make do with outdated disks! :-(

yep, the ver 3 is the one I have . I wonder if I could make a backup & use that in the car so the original remained safe ??? I'll have a go

Have you tried looking for the disks on eBay? You should be able to pick them up for less than that, especially in Germany. Like this one: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=57298&item=4547048344&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

By the way, the latest version looks to be 3.2...

I have been looking on Ebay but I've only been searching the UK, so I'll take a look at the link!

Cheers
