Before Mercedes-benz of (dealership names)

Any body ever bought a car from Stirling of Worcester Ltd ???

Yep. They were excellent to deal with both at sale and after sale.

Your friend would know an ex work colleague who was the DP's next door neighbour, which is how my car came from them.

Mine was supplied by Portman Mercedes. which by looking at the list provided by Mocas are in Brentford.

My 1989 300SE was supplied by TH Bennett Motors of Buchanan street Blackpool, which either closed down in 1990 or became Speeds.
The cars PDI was done at TH Bennett then the rest of the services from 1990 onwards are stamped Speeds.

My workshop directory only shows TH Bennett for Blackpool.

I am not sure of where they were sold new, but my Dad's S-Class and Brothers old E-Class were purchased from Portman Mercedes in Manchester.

Drayton stourbridge was Stillmans until 2001.
