Ouch :( :( Flying Spur up on bricks in Chelsea.

p!ss poor alarm system if the car didn't even notice it was having its wheels nicked.

Looks like somebody has a Bentley locking wheel nut key. They will probably be on an A4 or Golf by now!

Nah, they'll be on a Chrysler 300!

Also possible I suppose that he's had his tyres slashed so all wheels are off getting new rubber. I would have had the car recovered in that case though.

No-one takes the blindest bit of notice of car alarms in that area. Having been kept awake by numerous of them over the years when I lived locally, after a while you wished all sorts of evil on the owners for keeping you awake!

didn't this use to happen years ago? when the early GT's came out?

Each locking key has a different pattern. There is no 'one size fits all' master key.

There are plenty of tools out there, some good, some bad, some expensive, some cheap.

Halfords | Laser Locking Wheel Nut Remover

With a good tool, it's just as quick as removing any other wheel bolt.

There are some wheel bolts appearing now that will be tamper proof apart from drilling. They are expensive and the best kind seem to have a rounded head so that a socket can't get any purchase on the outside of the head of the bolt.

Exactly the same discs and pads as the Audi A8...

Yep, can literally fit them straight on. I know a few guys with A8/S8s that have Bentley brakes and calipers. Even know one who has managed to squeeze the 420mm ceramic Bentley discs (the largest ever fitted to a production car?) onto an RS6

Poor child probably can't afford break down cover.

How in blazes name can someone take off 4 wheels and not be spotted?

I broke a Mercedes wheel nut and spent 2 days getting the git off.

I wish I new them when I was trying to get my nut off:)

He's parked half a yard on the double yellows, so will probably have a £70 PCN on the windscreen as well.
