I see now ,yes I've been in these shoes many times whilst modifying the car.
I take some comfort in knowing it's not just me that has bad luck in these situations.
I've convinced myself I need wider rears and darker wheels !
O well let's see how we get on!

I have just ordered a bespoke set of split rims for my sl55 Widebody conversion.
Very helpful. Ask for Harry. It's the fourth set of wheels I have had from them for various cars I have had. Never let me down.
