Best bulb upgrade

I'm a naughty boy, I could care less about the legality, I leave that up to the Police & MOT guys to rule on. All I know is that my LEDs are bright, 100 times better than a Victorian style 'filament' bulb, and because the headlamps have been properly adjusted, don't blind oncoming traffic...

Good for you, but terrible for someone like myself suffering with Keratoconus. I won’t go into it but I can spot Halfords HID jobbies a mile away, my eyes are pretty much BS sensors nowadays

Also before anyone says should I be driving with that eye condition, mine isn’t as progressed as some, but even the brightest newest OEM LED’s do not bother my eyes, it’s the ones in cars that they shouldn’t be that do! It’s comparable to someone approaching completely forgetting their high beam is still on

I was also looking for the difference between Philips Xtreme and Osram night breaker.
As above, they have both been updated (or added) with Philips Racing Vision, and Osram night breaker LASER.
I'm disabled & can't keep changing bulbs, but all the ones I fancy, have limited life spans.
There's also questions about the validity of quoted rates, +130%, +150% etc.
All I want is better lights - not too bothered what the retailers cite - that's why I prefer asking other road users on here.
